How to Process Final Pay
Q: When to pay employee the final pay?
A: When an employee stops working for you, you need to pay employee the Final Pay.

Step 1

In the pay detail calculation page, click "Add holiday or leave" button.

Step 3
Click on the button "7. Final Pay" to add a final pay to an employee.

Step 4
Select the last day of work for the employee.

Step 5
Please input the hours of public holidays owed to your employee between the employee's last day of word and he/her annual leave.
Example:
If the employee's last day is 18 December and he/she is paid out for 6 days of unused leave, his/her last day is actually 30 December.
So you’ll also pay for Christmas Day and Boxing Day for the employee as long as he/she has been in the job for at least 12 months.

Step 6
Input the hours of alternative holidays owed to your employee.

Step 7
You can use the scroll bar on the right to review all the final pay calculations.

Step 8
Click "Save" button to save the final pay.
