You can start using Your Payroll by bookmarking the website or typing in www.yourpayroll.co.nz on your browser's address bar.
How Do I Use Your Payroll As An Employer?
1. REGISTER with your name, as it appears on your official IDs.
If you don't have an official work Email ID, it can also be your personal email address like Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.
2. Check your mailbox (including spam folder) for a CONFIRMATION email from our Admin.

3. Clicking ACTIVATE will open a new window prompting you to set a PASSWORD.

4. Once you hit PROCEED, your DASHBOARD opens up with three choices.
Click on LOGIN AS EMPLOYER.
5. You will be greeted with a Tool Tips pop up. For first time users, we recommend that you select YES.
You can just click anywhere to close this tooltip.
6. You will first update your COMPANY/BUSINESS DETAILS and we will SETUP YOUR COMPANY WITH IRD.

You may have to wait a few minutes for your company to get SETUP WITH IRD.
7. When completed, enter details of all employees and LINK TO IRD, else, you won't be able to do PAY RUN.

8. When it's time for your PAY RUN, you will receive a reminder email from us which will guide you to this PAYRUN screen.
There are videos, tooltips, and screenshot on how to do your Pay Run once you start.
